Congratulations � being approved means you've passed all six vetting steps and families can now be matched with you. Here's exactly what happens next: 1. Your profile is live Families in your area can be matched with you based on your suburb, availability, skills, and preferences. You don't appear in a public directory � we make introductions directly. 2. We start matching When a family's needs match your profile, we reach out to introduce you. This usually happens by email or through the app. 3. You'll be introduced to a family We'll send you a brief overview of the family � their suburb, number of children, and what they're looking for. You'll have a chance to message them before anything is confirmed. 4. You confirm the booking If you're happy, the booking is confirmed through the platform and you'll receive all the details. How long until my first booking? This varies. Sitters with complete profiles, good photos, and broad availability tend to get matched faster. If you haven't had a booking within 2 weeks, check: � Is your availability up to date? � Does your profile have a clear, friendly photo? � Is your bio filled in fully?
