The Village Co connects vetted sitters with local families across New Zealand.
Here's how it works for you.
1. Apply and get verified Complete your profile, upload your ID, police check, and experience. You'll have a short welcome call with Nikki or Sophia before going live.
2. Get matched with families Once you're approved, we introduce you to families whose needs match your skills, location, and availability. No cold messages, no endless browsing.
3. Accept bookings When a family is matched with you, we'll introduce you through the platform. You can message them, ask questions, and confirm you're comfortable before anything is locked in.
4. Show up and get paid Attend the booking, and payment is processed automatically through the platform after the booking is complete. Simple and secure.
